1. No Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is immediately sent to our production queue to ensure the fastest delivery times. Therefore, we strictly do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind.
• Spelling errors or low-resolution images provided by the customer.
• Incorrect selection of size, material, or finish by the customer.
• Slight color variations between your screen and the final print.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product (e.g., torn paper, broken signage), you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. If the error is verified to be on our end, we will provide a free replacement of the same item. No monetary refunds will be issued.
