You retain full ownership of the designs, images, and content you upload. However, by uploading content, you warrant that:

• You own the copyright or have full permission to use the content.
• The content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• The content is not offensive, illegal, or pornographic.

Creative Ideas reserves the right to refuse any order that violates these terms.

3. Color Accuracy

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate to the final printed product (CMYK vs RGB differences).

4. Limitation of Liability

Creative Ideas shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
